创建于1988年，目前在行业内已发展成为国内外较有影响及研发制造能力的涂装设备、电镀设备、涂装环保设备以及环保型粉末涂料等系列化产品的制造商；创始以来一直与浙江大学、国防科技大学、中国计量大学、杭州电子科技大学、湖州师范学院等院校联合企业研发智能涂装与环保项目建立与世界著名同行业的交流与合作。产品的各项技术指标均为国内领先、国际同类先进产品的水平，已立足国内涂装与涂料行业的前茅；公司占地面积为50000平方米，厂房及科技大楼40000平方米；现有员工270余人，其中中高级职称以上的技术人员有53人，技术资质力量雄厚；明泉郑刚焊接班组被评为中国机械工业、国家劳动保障部全国先进，为提高产品技术和质量有着扎实的基础公司辖有浙江明泉工业涂装有限公司、明泉历升涂装工程（南京）有限公司、企业技术（研发）中心、上海办事处。
